By purchasing this Extended Commercial License you agree to the following terms:


License Term: 1 year from purchase date.

This License covers:

• 1 Digital File, purchased along with this license, for one year from purchase date.

This Extended Commercial License is for:

• Small businesses with 10 or more employees, and/or planning on selling 1000 or more products with a digital file.

• Fabric Shops planning to print and sell fabric for profit.

• Sublimation Shops to make and sell sublimation assets for profit.

This license enables you to:

• Use the digital file to make 1000 or more finished products for your business and/or create fabric/sublimation files with the (1x) Digital File purchased along with this license.

You may not:

• YOU MAY NOT resell the product as is, all copyrights are retained by Andres Chaves.

• You may not sell, loan, rent, or distribute the designs via any method to any individual or company in their original state.

• You may not claim Andres Chaves Designs as your own work, altered or unaltered.

• You may not sub­license, resell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the graphics you purchase.

• You may not create unapproved items without contacting Andres Chaves for approval.

• You may not use Andres Chaves Designs products to create and sell similar digital graphics, scrapbooking graphics, patterns, fonts, Clip Art, etc.

• You may not use for mature content or advertising/websites/blogs, etc. related to pornography, hate groups or violent organizations.
