Licensing

Personal Use:

Unlimited personal use. You may use these files for any personal project, without purchasing additional licensing. You can use it for clothing, pet accessories, home decor, stationery, poly mailers, cards, flyers, wrapping paper, scrapbooking, gift tags, mugs, etc.

Limited Commercial Use:

Limited commercial license for small businesses of 10 or less employees (including owners) is included with the purchase of any digital file. No additional licensing is needed. This allows you to create up to 1000 finished products with this design.

EXTENDED Commercial Use:

If you are a business of more than 10 employees and/or need to sell more than 1000 products, then an Extended Commectial License is required for each digital file purchased. (i.e. If you purchase 2 files, then 2 extended commercial licenses will need to be added to your cart). Purchase the Extended Commercial License.

Fabric Shops:

You are ONLY permitted to sell fabric with an EXTENDED Commercial License. (not included with the purchase of any file). The Extended Commercial license only covers one design, so please make sure that each digital file you purchase is accompanied by an extended commercial license. (i.e. If you purchase 4 files, then 4 extended commercial licenses will need to be added to the cart).

COPYRIGHT

All designs are created by and are property of Andres Chaves.
You CANNOT claim any digital file or their elements as your own, or re-distribute, re-sale, and/or share these files with anyone else.

Upon purchase, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork, excluding some businesses and fabric shops. Purchasing any file does not transfer copyright.

Uploading to Spoonflower or similar print on demand fabrics companies such as, Zazzle, Cafepress, Screaming Owl, Amazon, Society6, Wayfair, Printiful, Alibaba, AliExpress, Zulilly, Wish, Shein, Jane.com, etc. with the intent of selling or distributing unfinished goods is prohibited.

You may sell finished goods made with this design. Example: clothing, home decor, stationery, accessories, small business supplies, etc.

Refunds

All sales are final. Files are digital and therefore cannot be returned.
Buyers are responsible of file handling. (Downloading files, opening .zip files and handling image files)

We are NOT responsible for printing issues, once the design has been downloaded.
Under NO circumstance will Andres Chaves be held responsible for damages after purchase.
